Incorporated in 1881, Phoenix is young by historical standards but now ranks as one of the steadiest growing cities in the nation.

Phoenix is still one of the most attractive areas in the country. It’s considered by many to be the best place to live in the entire nation along with surrounding cities, of Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, Fountain Hills, and Peoria. Phoenix Metropolitan area real estate has undergone a swing adjustment in lock-step with the real-estate crisis, but unlike many other cities it has seen a constant increase in home values since then and is still steadily growing –August 2015 report.

Summer, 2015, Phoenix is still a national leader in population growth and job growth, mortgages are still historically low with a median price for a home being 204k (information from the Realty Studies at Arizona State University Polytechnic campus). Phoenix-Scottsdale and Surrounding cities have a business friendly climate that promotes new business and uninterrupted growth.

Besides offering great homes for sale, Phoenix also provides visitors, residents and potential home buyers with just about everything in the way of sports (there are 24 golf courses within the city and 159 in surrounding communities), recreation (there are lakes for boating and water skiing and many miles of hiking trails both in the city and the surrounding mountains), arts (26 museums), culture, dining, lodging and financial opportunities.

Because of our beautiful weather (300+ days of Sunshine!), activities can be enjoyed year-round. Phoenix real estate offers the homebuyer a great variety of choices in life styles, home prices, community amenities, over an area that covers 496 square miles.
